Students will recite a short prose or poetry selection to be provided by the competition. Evaluation will be based on language assuredness and fluency, pronunciation, memorization and, most importantly, the level of feeling and emotion with which the text is recited.
Students may compete in one of two levels, either novice or intermediate and advanced. Which level should you compete in?
