Disclaimer: Whenever possible, SILC Event Supplies will be made available on a first-come, first-served reservation basis to requestors. In special circumstances, the SILC Communications Specialist may claim priority for critical or high visibility use.

Please note: It is your responsibility to clean all supplies used prior to returning them to the SILC main office DH318.

Below is a list of possible supplies that may be checked out from SILC.
Please provide the quantity you require of each item. Place a zero next to any item you do NOT require.
Please pickup supplies during normal business hours. (8am-5pm)
Please drop off supplies during normal business hours. (8am-5pm)
If you would like to request equipment from event services, there will be an additional charge. Please see the charges at the Moving Event Services page and contact Zoila Thompson at [email protected]
If you plan on requesting equipment from event services, please indicate a funding source in the field above. 
Requestor is expected to transport and install all items as necessary. Agreement to return items in clean, good condition – ready for use by next borrower.
